G28 Studios offers custom designs and original designs. "Custom designs" means designs that a customer requires to cover a special need. Custom designs created by G28 Studios are developed under total privacy and confidentiality. Designs that are not disclaimed as confidential may be subject of being published on G28 Studios social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc). 

"Original Designs" means designs that G28 Studios has created using its own and discretionary creativity. No design should be replicated, resold, or copied for commercial purposes.

G28 Studios reserves the right to provide services to customers depending on various factor such as type of design and type of use. Additionally, if any design is meant to be used against any other person or private property such as weapons, sign of discrimination and any other shape or form of design, G28 Studios will not provide any service and also will make such requests public on G28 Studios social networks in order to warn other business about these type of requests. G28 Studios will not publish names of businesses, names of the person, photos, of any type of identity, only the request and the objective of the requested design.

G28 Studios clearly specifies in its products the type of use of its products. Every single 3D-printed product is meant to be used for its purpose. G28 Studios doesn't take any responsibility in case of injury or death due to the misuse of the 3D models sold on the website https://g28studios.com, in market stalls, or any other form of venue. If any of the designs are purchased by a customer for children, its correct use totally depends on parental guidance. Some of the models (flexible models like dragons, key chains, or flexible animals) are meant to be used with discretion and precaution. Since these 3D-printed designs/models are made of plastic (PLA) it may break easily if it forced beyond its maximum strength.

The strength varies from desing to design and color, and this is why G28 Studios encourages buyers to dispose immediately breakeage of the 3D-printed model to avoid incidents, accidents, or death due to risk of small pieces of plastic being handled by anyone.

G28 Studios is compomised to offer high quality and durable products, however, any type of material has its own point of failure, this is why is important to take special care of the purchased 3D-printed models.
