Our products follow Quality Assurance processes to certify that the final 3D printed product complies with standards established in the company by which we guarrantee the product will work as expected unless mishandled by you, our customer.
Remember Note: this is an FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printed product and small imperfections like layer lines, banding, seams, junction areas, bridges, top and bottom surfaces, and others details will be visible and this product will never look like a mould injection product. These small imperfections are what makes this type of product beautiful, it's the 3D printing technology nature!

- For "Coffee Pods Organiser", we will not refund any money (shipping or purchase costs incurred) if your capsules are not suitable for this caddy. Remember, this organiser is suitable for ~37mm (ring) coffee capsules (also called Nespresso Original capsules). This caddy is not compatible wih larger ring capsules like Virtuo pods.

Usage
Some 3D printed models MUST NOT be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods especially on hot summer days. The material used in some designs will melt down under direct sunlight breaking the 30 degrees Celcius mark. Under the shade, mostly all designs will not be affected. No warranty is applicable if it melts due to product mishandling.
