  • Q: Can I ask to have a specific model printed in a color that is not shown on the website?
    • Answer: Definitely you can! We can discuss about your desired color and if we have it, we have a deal!
  • Q: Have Tree Dreams Tech made multiple (more than 50 units) for a customer on a special price!
    • Answer: YES WE HAVE! Wehave printed up to 200 units of models shown on our website and also tailored models under customer's specs!
  • Q: If I found a file I want to print, can we discuss if it can be done!
    • Answer: Of course we can have a chat! Just remember, we reserve the right to print 3D models that don't comply with our business strategy or printing feasibility.
  • Q: Multicolor printings: Will the delivered product have the same pattern of colors than the pictures shown on the website?
    • Answer: No. Multicolor photos are a reference of what a "multicolor" 3D printed model looks like, however, the pattern of the color will vary. No patterns or colors are guaranteed under any circumstances.
  • Q: Express Post or Standard Post?
    • Answer: Although Express Post is preferred by our customers, costs will increase. We have stablished a flat rate fee for both Express and Standard postages. However, costs may change depending on the number of units you have purchased.
  • Q: What if I don't want the product after receiving it? Can I return it?
    • You can keep the product with you or give it away to someone who may like it (probably you won't give it away, they are lovely). We will only refund 85% of the cost of the product. For example, if you purchased a Little Ice Cream Human by AUD$15= plus AUD$15= postage fees, we will only refund AUD$12.75=. Postage fees are not included in this calculations.
  • Q: I didn't like the 3D printed model because the finish product is not totally smooth on its surface.
    • Answer: The technology that tree Dreams Tech uses to 3D print models will always have non-smooth surfaces, however, we commit to get as closer as possible to the pictures you see on our website.
  • Q: Can I purchase a bigger size than the shown ones on the website?
    • Answer: Of course you can! Just get in touch with us and we will meet your expectations!
  • Q: Can Tree Dreams Tech design a model from scratch?
    • Answer: Yes, we definitely can, however, hourly rates + printing costs + shpping costs are involved. Contact us and let's have a chat!
  • Q: Can I use these 3D printed models as food containers?
    • Answer: Although the material (PLA, PLA+) used to print our 3D models is non toxic, there is no clear and scientific evidence that makes this material food approved. We only recomend to store or place food such as fully-wrapped food (candys, chocolates, etc), and we don't recommend under any circumstances to store wet or bare food (rice, pasta, meat, etc).
  • Q: What about melting points?
    • Answer: Our material (PLA, PLA+) is a type of plastic made of natural sources such as corn. However, PLA and PLA+ start melting process under temperatures higher than 30°C.
  • Q: Can the 3D printed models be sitting outdoors?
    • Answer: We don't recommend to leave our 3D printed models exposed to wheather conditions, specially under the sun. Remember PLA and PLA+ material melting points are above 30°C. We recommend to place our models indoors, ALWAYS!
  • Q: If I want to buy more than one product, can I pay only one postage fee?
    • Answer: Yes, don't worry about that! We have configured our website to charge you only one postage fee. However, make sure you have everything you want in your shopping cart before finalizing your transaction. Any shipping fees paid to Tree Dreams Tech are non-refundable.
